  • Lead the information management team to realize a 40% improvement in efficiency by streamlining and automating the database change and request processes.
  • Re-created the Payments and Collections team and then scoped, and lead the team to make the extensive modifications needed to enable Electronic Check Processing in the payment processing systems, and customer facing systems.
